Who supports the software provided with my machine?

Trinity Systems will support all software that comes with the system. We will also help you load your own software on a purchased machine. However we will not support that software.

What kind of warranty do you provide for your systems?

All machines purchased come with a Manufactures warranty of 1 year for all parts with the exception of a 3 year warranty on all hard drives and a 30 day warranty for Processors and Memory.

How can I contact support?

There are 3 ways for contacting support. You can submit a support request via the website. You can call our support number at 817-602-8485 or you can email us at support@trinitysystems.net.

I get the message “invalid system disk” when I boot up. What is wrong?

Most likely, a disk has been left in your floppy drive. If not, contact support.

Can I upgrade my machine?

Each machine is fully upgradeable and can be done the same day in most cases.

What type of support do I get?

We will come to you. Each system purchased comes with a 3 month software warranty. We will come to your home or office to fix any problem with the machine.
